Seriously, make it different. You can get bitten HARD. I emailed and asked if I could use the SF giants logo on my high school band's t-shirt (Disneyland trip, we saw a Giants v. Dodgers game), and I got a strong no and a thorough warning. Sports teams are pretty stiff about these things.

Again like alot of people said the concept is almost identical to the Ninja one. Also the proportions on the cats body seem to be off as the head is large and the rear end is very narrow as compared to the length of the body and the the tail is fairly wide. But I love the expression on its face.

In addition to tjost's points, your comp is on a rather unusual color that is not anything offered by woot. There are templates you can use for submitting your design; I'd suggest finding those and making use of them. While I'm quite sure that wasn't the reason for your rejection (I agree w/ tjost), it could have gotten you rejected even if all other components of your design had been non-problematic.

And I actually laughed out loud at your self-correction. Most people don't give a rat's patootie, but I hate ending sentences with prepositions.

+1 Love love love this one!!! Please please print! The giant is cute and he reminds me of my kids' favorite movie the Iron Giant. The robot doesn't look the same but somehow the eyes have the same kind expression. Love this design!
