This is the saddest Reckoning that I have ever seen.

The ONE WEEK I miss the Reckoning and "It Came Out of Nowhere" goes.

Admittedly, I couldn't afford it right now anyway because being unemployed doesn't leave much in the budget for $15 t-shirts, but...I'm seriously bummed that I missed that one now that I've finally seen enough Doctor Who to appreciate it.

(I'm fully aware that this is my fault, but still...damn it.)

You know, I never thought I'd see the day where a ramy shirt was at the bottom of a reckoning. What a strong week last week was.

So if Nevermore falls this week that means that The Binge will pretty much dominate the Hamper of Fame until the end of time.

The next one in line is Acquired Taste (a full 75 weeks behind) and it's poised for death any week now. It's going to feel like a brand new Woot before too long.

I was going to make the comment earlier in the evening that Woot was probably scrambling to find a new glow-in-the-dark shirt now that Run Away! is gone – and boy I wish I had posted that. It would have been a spot-on prediction.

So, I'm new to this Woot-Off stuff. Is the discount on the reckoning shirts already active or is there some indicator to see when the discount hour is on?

One of the legends fell. Let's see if Nevermore runs the same fate.

Building on an idea I heard last week, there should be a Woot retirement home. Of course, Nevermore and The Binge would already be in it. Here's how it would work; if a shirt in the woot retirement home is reckoned, it can still be bought for a higher price; say eighteen dollars. However, they would only be available on a certain day of the week. The requirements to get in are to have lasted 100 weeks or sold 35,000 shirts. These shirts are legends and deserve to be honored. Looking into the far future, I see Family Breakfeast making it in one day.

Seeing the shirts that are first and second place makes me think that the shirt.woot! community really likes cats and ninjas. That or the combination of a black image on a green shirt.

A shirt purchased during a Woot-off does not help its standing in the Reckoning, right?

It took me a woot-off or two to catch it. During their lunch break on any of the woot-off days (today, tomorrow or maybe even thursday) the main woot site will point to shirt.woot for an hour and that's when the sale is active.

I believe it's at 2PM EST but someone, please correct me.

It's close, but also dependent on when the prior wootoff item sells, so not exact.

The numbers in the "This week's bragging rights" section are counting from this week, not last. So "Hold still" has apperently sold 4 shirts since the last reckoning which was yesterday.
At least thats how I got to understand it.

edit: As it says on the right of the header of the section it counts since today (02/21).

The sales standing and weekly sales imply that Family Breakfast is more likely to follow an Acquired Taste/Unstealthised Ninja trajectory (i.e. last for about a year). I'm basing this on some things I noticed (yesterday) while looking at Reckonings from about a year ago. Shhhhhh is more likely to be the 80-100+ week seller.

I'm calling it: The Bird will last another month, at least. 27 sales between noon and midnight yesterday. 34 so far today. To put it in perspective, it's selling better right now than all but 4-5 of the newest, hottest shirts. It started out this Reckoning in a bit of a hole, but it's already made up the gap.

It will also be carrying two big weeks of sales into what will probably be a weaker overall sales period, as people come to grips with the supplier change.

Add it all up, and the Bird abides.

They REALLY want to get rid of those AA blanks. So, if the Woot-Off still runs tomorrow or on Thursday, what are the chances it will direct once more to shirt.woot (and this time to the reckoning)? Was this the first time it didn't direct to the reckoning page?

As I stealthily checked shirt.woot during my class I almost cursed out loud when I noticed it was pointing to the blanks.
