You might want to resubmit quickly. I realize the thumbnail is a clip from your t-shirt design, BUT, your actual design doesn't have a black border around its rating whereas the thumbnail does. Seems petty to mention but might get rejected for something so small and it's better to have it proper now so you don't lose out on votes. Remove this one, repost..

If I can nitpick, I'd also suggest resizing your entire design (half an inch to an inch on either side) so that it's not so wide, and move it about an inch south from the neck.
