When did the rules get all stiff concerning the thumbnail. People used to even ANIMATE the thumbnail. Is this a Hard RULE? Or a suggestion, like can someone posted a link to a rejection because the thumb had extra stuff?

It generally does get by because it isn't just the word. the art in this case is that these numbers make up the shape... Then again it may be a little too cookie cutter.
