I have the same problem, based on the discussion I think the bowtie is supposed to be a W, the phone booth is supposed to he a H, and if the last thing is an O then the word is WHO

at least that is what makes sense to me, but it's deeper than the other shirts

Shirt wasn't made.

Artists have submitted works HERE that were originally submitted to Threadless (or elsewhere) but never printed, without rejection. I can't see how the other entry would impact this shirt.

That's correct. I was hoping Doctor Who fans would be able to get it from context, but everyone else, I edited my first post to include the word "who."

ACUTALLY, if you go to these websites, it shows this IS design being printed and sold through an outlet in Singapore.
So, oops.
I would be the last to claim that this design is a rip-off. There is nothing new under the sun, of course there will be repeats of others designs.
However, to your point, I thought that something would get rejected if the design shows up else where, irregardless of it's printing status. I'm certain that they (WOOT) are cautious of copyright infringement.

I got it, but I was helped by knowing the derby's rules and the theme of the shirt...and being a giant DW nerd...

I do think it would benefit from some subtle highlighting of both the W and O.
