Also, it's a very pretty design. Well done.

Ah ok, makes sense. Wouldn't be difficult to replicate the effect with halftones if need be.

And thanks

I may finally be able to buy a kelly green woot shirt! Beautiful work!

I had something to say, but I seem to have forgotten it.

I don't think anyone would like such a "thing" (it doesn't look like a girl) on the shirt.

So how exactly does it not look like a girl? I'm just curious what girls you've been looking at to draw that conclusion lol Also I would like to forward you to my previous post.

Not enough time to vote. Thank you for rejecting two days after being in the contest. Sorry for the people who voted and commented on the design. It was my fault

If the design does not meet the rules should reject it before putting it into a vote, this will allow time to rectify.

Thanks, it is my first attempt at designing a shirt and didn't set it up right so I will take the loss and chalk it up to a learning experience and try again.

tangolite132 wrote:This looks cool, but you didn't color the shirt template correctly. I'm not sure if this knocks down your chance of winning.

Re: Impending Doom

Have not visited woot.shirt for some time and I am just floored by the quality of this week's derby. This shirt is just amazing!! I would have automatically been in for 2 or more (to give as presents), but sadly am not buying anymore shirts given the switch away from AA. I gave you a vote just for old times sake:P Good luck!

Yes! I really can't justify buying any more gray shirts! I was hoping the spring theme would give me a chance to buy a blue or green shirt.

kharmazero wrote:Thanks a lot for the nice comment ; i created all this vector stuff except the bird on the front.I created some brushes sets too. These kind of designs take me some time to fix and compose. And i like to push the softwares boundaries and create bridges. On this one finding the right color scheme was not so easy. Finally, the last thing i'd like to say is: i use my little hands to do so..

Maybe "hand drawn" wasn't the best way to put it. I guess I mean to say that some of your designs don't feel cohesive as a single work. For example, this one is really good except the bird really stands out (which makes more sense after reading your comment). I don't know if it's just the color or not. In spring symphonia the treble clef has a hard edge all the way around instead of blending or morphing into the plants. I guess it's the blending that doesn't feel right to me. You combine these graphics and sometimes they don't feel like they're fully blended or integrated into a whole. I guess that's the challenge, though. I think you did a great job of that on Astral Ark (which I bought!). You used even more individual graphics on that one but you managed to seamlessly blend them together into a cohesive whole.
