Wow I can't believe this has to be spelled out (no pun intended). It's a play on words, "Type O" as in blood type and "typo" as in misspelled words. The whole shirt has typos ("teh" and "marsgmellow").

The cholesterol was really throwing me there, but then I looked it up and that's the nutritional information for 1Cup (or 4.86 large) of eggs.

BTW - I prefer my eggs beaten, but occasionally :D.
