I've been vocal about not liking the switch to Anvil blanks. But I want to give credit where credit is due. I just emailed woot about a printing issue on a shirt I recently received (on an AA blank), and I got a response with the promise of a replacement shirt within 10 minutes of my email. That kind of service deserves kudos! Thank you service@woot.com!

Did you get a confirmation email? If not and your first email had attachments, it was probably too big and bounced. Send again and link to the images instead of attaching them.

I love that you got taken care of so quickly.

Today, I am sad that they don't work on weekends, so my plea to add a Men's Large to my order for Honest Packaging was denied because the charge had already gone through.
I know that I can buy one off the Reckoning, but that's not the point.


The CS staff are still awesome though.

Whoops. This was the problem. Fixed it, Woot replied, and I'm getting a new shirt. Yay!!

Woot's e-mail service is really great. I have had no problem so far with AA shirt's as well except one silver shirt with a nick which Woot generously refunded me for (initially offered to replace but had no stock)

I recieved the wrong size on a sweatshirt and figured I'd be out of luck since it was a weekly special thing and ages ago (I'm out of the USA) but they replied to my email right away with news that a replacement was on its way to me. My friends laugh at my love affair but good customer service makes me so happy :-)
