I know the debate rages on - I don't want to get into which is best or who has slaves making them...

My thing is I have received several shirts over the past month - it seems every other one is the other brand... In fact I just got my FREE HUGS shirt yesterday and it was an Anvil - got my QUOTE THE RAVEN today and it was an AA

as for me, not that big of a deal.. but when it comes to shirts for my wife or daughter it's a big (pun intended) deal... I ordered a size DOWN from the normal for my wife because the site warned the new ladies shirts were bigger.. then when the shirt arrived it was an AA shirt after all and was way too small... there seems to be no warning - or is there and I'm not seeing it?

Short answer: Check the sizing chart for each shirt for country of origin. If it says made in the USA, it's AA. If it says anything else, it's Anvil.

Slightly longer answer: No. There have been many instances lately where people are checking the sizing chart and basing their order off that, only to have it be incorrect. It's really the only thing that you can go off right now, though. I have also seen that some (not all) people have had success getting Woot to send the correct size when this happens.

this sounds like woot has a new customer satisfaction problem brewing. How many people order a shiort, et it the wrong size, are unhappy, and instead of asking for them to send the right size, just never come back to woot? These guys need to fix this and just tell people what theyre going to get. Would just have to change a couple company processes.
