I am thoroughly baffled by the distribution of votes for this derby. Then again, so does the appeal of art nouveau in general. Gaudi's work, however, I thoroughly enjoy and I really hope the voting for this shirt starts picking up soon!!

The simpler design on this really works for me, better than the other coffee one (though that was also good). I'm afraid I won't be able to control myself and will buy a couple of these if it wins.

You tell a large story with this image, when I see it I I invent a narrative surrounding this character from his expression and the object he's holding. His inquisitive look suggests a curiosity with living organisms leading to the possibility that he has intelligence beyond simple programming. So I create this tale in my head about this robot who is discovering the world as a sentient creature for the first time.

Hehe, sorry. Just thought you might want to know the extent of storytelling this image can produce.

I really love the way you drew the martian woman, the style is simple but very clear and unique. You chose which features to emphasize well. There is a distracting tangent between the bottom of here shirt and the dome of the saucer. Since they line up at first glance I don't see the dome as being part of the saucer but rather a part of the woman. If you scale horizontally out with the dome and overlap the bottom of her shirt intersecting with the saucer I think it would solve this problem. Overall well done. The color choices are also very appealing!
