Very subtle reference. I think it will have non-Catan players wondering if you need something other than sheep to count, in order to fall asleep. The mystery could be a good conversation starter

The design was rejected for copyright reasons- I thought that having "Game of thrones" written out on the shirt was the problem, so I removed the "game of" part- after that, though, I felt the reference was less clear, so I changed the colors to be more similar to the game of Life to bring the concept through more. It was a difficult decision with the color, but I decided clarity of concept was more important to me in this case, otherwise the joke is lost.

Yeah, but aren't all the games people are referencing? Oh well, knew I wasn't going to win anyway, just did it for kicks. Was just looking for specifics as to why it was rejected (board too closely resembles original, etc.), not just "this is copyrighted." Lots of other partial boards, game pieces, etc. have been used in other designs, so just curious why this one is different.

This shirt is too good not to own. Of all the boardgame collabs between you two, this is my favorite.

I think you could "cartoon" up the game board and resubmit. Remember to use parody. Make the guy Col. Mustardesque. I think the idea is great.

I'm resubing this not because I'm pretending to contradict the rejection by sending this one again, it will probably end up rejected, but I'd like to know the reason of the rejection.
I keep thinking in a possible reason and the only one I came up is that it's similiar to some copyrighted ouijas, but all manufacturer's ouijas are really similar in their look, no matter who makes it... so I think that it's safe in that.
Maybe the title? I guess you had told me to change it if it where the case.
