No text ONLY, not no text at all. Designs with text on them are fine, as long as the text is not the only thing going on (as in, there is a graphical element to the design.)

Skip the teacher character (so it's the stone that highlights the errors) and I think it's a lot funnier. (No longer fits the derby theme, unfortunately, but still a great design.)
