If my design on schizophrenia was rejected due to being "offensive" then why isn't this one?

This scream violent psychopath to me, that's equally as bad, if not worse than anything i did. It even has weaponry in the design, mines was simply a cutesy glass of water!

Shocking lack of consistency if this one isn't rejected as well.

Psycho is a pretty common term used in a non-clinical manner....I think Schizophrenia is a little too specific and it's a very misunderstood condition with multiple types. There are tons of schizophrenics living perfectly peaceful and not-insane lives. They get a bad rap due to the idea that it's all paranoid schizophrenia.

...just my guess, though ^^;

I'm guessing because "Psycho" is a much more general term, and is part of a meme ("Psycho ex-girlfriend") that is generally seen as non-offensive.
