Always hated the board game LIFE. However, if it was themed around DEATH I'm sure it would at least be playable. Congrats on the print!

Finally, a game that tells it like it is! Life isn't all marble-eating hippos and slumlording it up on Baltic Avenue, kids!

This game looks fun, but do you win by dying the most, dying first, dying last, or dying with the most toys?

Is something up with the servers this morning? It took me over 3 min to get this page to load.

Please do not increment my Quality Posts count. 69 is a good place to be. ;-)

The person that dies in the most extreme way is the winner.

I've got a brilliant idea! Since Hollywood wants to make movies from board games due to lack of originality, I will pitch "Death" to Hollywood execs as the next big hit and become a millionaire!

Oh wait...they already did Final Destination.

Love the design collinvh - congrats on the print!

50 years ago, my dad was just born and my mom was still a few years away from that.

If 'board' was replaced with 'bored', this might seem to be a pro-suicide shirt.

A rather cheery macabre message, isn't it?

I wonder, of the two big name board game makers, who is more likely to publish this game: Parker Brothers or Milton Bradley?

Sooooooooooooo wanttttttttt....

Time to wait all day to see if I magically get $7.00 for the shirt.

Are you sure the artist didn't mean to write, "Bored Game of Life"?

Hmmmm, I'm not sure how one would be declared a winner playing this game.

LIFE was never fun. There were always patterns to it. I would always end up with grandchildren despite having no children. My brother would end up with ten or more children but no grandchildren. And it was always a wiser decision to skip college.

The addition of zombies would spice up a lot of board games.

It's too bad that I can't wear this shirt to work, because both my students and my patients could use the occasional reminder that life isn't fun 100% of the time and that's okay.

My colleagues, however, could use a reminder that life is fun more than 0% of the time and that's okay.

It really would be amusing to wear this shirt for an entire day and see if any of my students, colleagues, or patients recognized the irony. I'm voting for no - but it would make my life seriously fun for a day!

Love this print. It would be great if it said "Bored Game". Gotta get one & wear it to my shrinks office. I have an appiontment this Wednesday. It's too bad the shirt won't be here by then. Oh well, next visit.

Monopoly
Trivial Pursuit
and LIFE...

Well, now I know what type of crowd votes in the Derbies these days. Apparently, not as many nerds as I had thought. We've got the Wal-Mart crowd of 'board gamers' it seems. :P

ha! thank you for the Eddie Izzard flash. Silver comes off as rather a grim color here but for this shirt, that's probably a good thing.

The scythe makes me think of the Grim Reaper in Paperboy. Breakdancer aside, the best obstacle in the game. Now I want to play some Paperboy. Random!

Anyone else notice the buried yellow box that mentioned the size chart is gone? Does this mean the switch to Anvil is complete and all future designs will be printed on inferior blanks?

The easy solution is to use 3 dice and cheat death... though, that only works for so long, driving home the message further

Well then, it show just how little you folks know about Milton Bradley's own (yep, straight from the man himself - in 1860, no less) 'Checkered Game of Life'.

The original GoL has such squares as crime, poverty, disgrace, ruin, prison, and, my favourite, suicide!

I think you folks are a century and a half late with the Game of Death :P…

It's somewhat unsettling to see this particular design featured on Mother's Day, but such are the vagaries of the shirt.woot derby in relation to weekend holidays. Great shirt, though!
