More information about Ogopogo can be found on the internet:
• Aboriginals knew the monster as "Naitaka," which means sacred creature of the water.
• Ogopogo is a villain in Final Fantasy 4
• What a cool sea serpent, seriously.
Nice! I like the belly scales & smooth back. Good color choice, too.

Thanks for your compliments. I wanted to come up with a shirt design that people could wear without having to explain the maple leaf or eh on their shirt. I am not from the Northern US or Canada, so I would get constant blank stares if I ever wore anything like that. Since I had no desire to wear such things, I thought that some others might like the idea as well.

Half the fun of putting on clothing is knowing you get to take it off.

Re: Ogopogo (Canadian Lake Monster)
That's beautiful! the colours on the royal look great together. The plastic Joel head though, is the icing on the cake. =D

Re: Ogopogo (Canadian Lake Monster)
its really nice to see a Canada shirt that doesn't have maple leaves or Canadian flags on it. [or "eh] I would love to wear this shirt!

Thanks. That was ultimately my highest goal.
And, by the way, 1 out of 1 volunteer moderators agree. This shirt rocks:

Re: Ogopogo (Canadian Lake Monster)
Please Note: The following is a complete fabrication. None of it is true, and should be dismissed as such.
I just got a response from Woot. They have decided that my shirt could be printed with glow in the dark ink. They don't normally allow this for derby shirts, but felt mine was unique enough of a design to warrant it. I have attached an image of what it might look like in the light and dark, so you can get an idea.
Please Vote for OGOPOGO, in order to obtain the first derby shirt with glow in the dark ink.
(REMEMBER: This is a outright lie. Thanks)

Now see... there would be a shirt I'd buy. I think I'm a sucker for gimmicks like glow in the dark when they're done well. I actually have hand painted shirts with strontium aluminate paint to get them to glow in the dark. :-)
