It's a parody. I used no actual text found on the gameboy, and the shape is altered to not look like the Game Boy 100%. Parody = OK

Anybody that sees the grey thing on this shirt knows 100% that they're looking at a Gameboy. I don't really see how this is parody.

I know parody's okay. Still looks mighty close, but then again, I haven't gone and compared to anything, although there's a picture on the wikipedia page if I remember correctly.

wasn't into yoshi myself, as i was fairly young when i was playing the system, but yeah, tetris is still fun. I love the new one they have on the DS, so simple, but so fun. WiFi ftw.

it's actually the one thing that's keeping me from voting for the shirt. Given woot's rejection of shirts with 2 reactors across the chest, I'm surprised this wasn't challenged. Cool idea, though.

My daughter really wants this shirt, but I'm not ready to deal with that topography and my kids yet! She's a Nintendo-maniac.

Nah, that particular designer doesn't get bitter when he gets rejected. He's pretty open to the idea of subjective rejections, to be honest. He only wishes shirt quality to be added to the list of reasons for possible rejection.

I will be shocked if Woot does not reject this one for copyright reasons, no matter what alterations may have been made to the image.

I remember saving up money - in increments of $.25, $1, and $5 - to get mine when I was 10...I effing loved that thing. :-)
