I saw this earlier in the forums and thought it was great! And then I looked again more closely and I can't say I'm too crazy about that border. I don't know, it just seems a little too elementary in comparison to the beautiful etching you did on the chess piece. Maybe resub with a different border? I wouldn't take the whole border away because then it'd be a bit too empty.

Honestly, you could do away with the borders to the left and right of the chess piece and I'd like it a lot more. The bright { and } designs on either side of the knight take focus away from the chess piece and without them the design would feel a lot less box-like (inasmuch as this design neatly fits into a rectangle right now, and I deseperatly want to see a design that's different).
