No one has anything to say about this design.

I just thought it was funny. Like a human Habitrail. I don'y know, do you have to understand it? Can't it just be funny?

no totally, it is funny not even really knowing what it is, I was just wondering if there was some meaning behind it i missed, i've learned about some interesting things from shirts on this site....

Oh OK, thanks, I have always been a little unsure if the point came through on this one.

your designs aren't all that either..

Edit: My snide comment was directed to Figit, and not to HGF.

Re: pocket racers

Thumbs up on the crazy concept, keep going with funny ideas like this. just needs a little polish, but that'll come the longer you keep at it.
1.) The guy in the pocket isn't lined up correctly
2.) The guy on the left side is coming out of the tube in an unrealistic way
3.) Maybe adding a specular shine to the tube to sell the idea a little better?
Just a few things to look out for.

You should really keep your D20 shape for later.. with all the geeks that roam these halls, I think D20's are sure to be a winrar =D

Wow, real constructive ideas! thanks, these are the things I need to hear! I do ave fun with this no matter how manyh vites I get.For me, if I can even come up with an idea from these themes, I've accomplished something. I try to learn something with each design.

Thanks, that's what I thought too. I don't know why the racer by himself didn't get more votes. I guess my tastes differ from the majority here.

Re: pocket racers

To all--General comment on this design---
Thanks for the comments. The truth is, I thought tis turned out kind of buttery croissant myself. When I first drew the guy driving the 20 sided shape, I imagined him driving through a series of tubes but I had trouble coming up with a workable design. The first one I drew was even worse. This was the best I could come up with. But the truth is, it's not very good either.

Thanks to all who voted for your support!

Eh, you'll get there. Couple other small things (since you're taking it so well. . .)
Maybe a smaller vehicle (or larger tube) since they look like they might get stuck and plug up the whole process!
Thought to myself, how cool would it be if this tube was attached to the front of the shirt. Since they are already coming out of the pocket. So some bolts or latches across the tubes holding them down. Though if you were going for a simple design, there's nothing wrong with that. Usually I prefer simple to overly draw shirts myself.
An "exit" point? Maybe a little hatch that goes back into the shirt and they pop back out on top.
The perspective on the tube is a little off. I recommend getting a couple paper towel centers (those cardboard thingies) and make that shape. Hold it up about eye level, what do the openings look like? Rotate it around and see how the opening shape changes.
Play with some thick/thin lines. Not everything has to be the same line thickness (this one took me a while to get)
The two vertical entrances at the bottom are larger than the tube itself . . MAGIC!

Yeah, I did notice the whole tube size thing. I had a compromise to make. I didn't think I could shrink the vehicle, but I thought I would lose detail and I liked the detail. If I enlarged the tunes, I thought the whole thing would be too big. I compromised some "realism" for space and detail.

Ya, that happens all the time for designs, you as the artist get to make choices that break reality (I tweaked my newton's cradle to break the norm, some liked it, some did, but that's the choice we as designers make).
Would be funny if the next theme allowed you to make a version where he DID plug the tube.

It would be funny, I don't know if I would try it again or not. I would like to tweak the design, but I'm not sure Wooters really appreciate icosahedron racers. Otherwise the lone racer would have done better. Maybe everyone else have icosahedron vehicles driving around their neighborhoods all the time.
