Re: 1789: The World is Watching

In 1789, the 3rd Estate of France becomes disenfranchised with King Louis XVI and Marie Antionette's squandering of money in the midst of suffering throughout the working classes of France. In July, the tensions reach a boiling point as the Bastille was attacked in order to free the Marquis de Sade and obtain weaponry for the revolutionaries. For the next 40 years, the whole world watches as the first monarchy crashes to the ground and barricades frequented the Parisian Streets.
