By virtue of the fact that it is a bra implies tree ants. It's not so much about being offensive as it is about it not being tasteful.

They have also said in previous derbies that two of anything in the chest area aren't allowed. Unless I am not remembering correctly.

Taste is subjective. I think if wooters want to buy it, they should be given the choice. But whatever... I'm just disappointed because I thought it was a really good idea, and people were voting for it, and then *poof* :*(
