I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but your shirt is going to be rejected by Woot. Here's what I see that needs correction:

-Woot will cannot print designs that are close to the seams or larger than 16"x20" overall.

-No Kermit this week. Pity.

however, the derby regulations specifically said no Kermit the frog, and this is outside of woot's printable area

That's so, but it's still clearly a Kermit reference, which Woot specifically forbid this week. By name even. And it's too close to the seams. Pity, though. I really love Kermit. He's one of my favorite muppets.
