Heartjuice, I've never been to a "Waffle House." All we have here are IHOP's and Denny's.

I know what you mean. I always heard people talking about the "Waffle House"
and totally didn't get it until I moved to Alabama. Now that I am back east again, it's all ihops! It just has this very diner-ish homestyle feel to it. Kind of where you go in and they all know you and what you like to order. At least that was my experience. Also, they were no way near as expensive as iHops here. I kinda miss 'em. :D Love the illustration though! I wonder if you send their hq the design in 60 days if it doesn't place, if they'd like it? Just a random thought.....

I have to agree with those before who commented on the thumbnail vs. the full image. When I saw the thumbnail over the weekend, I thought...cute idea, but not enough for a vote...and I didn't think there was more to see, so I didn't click on it.

I was just checking out the current derby status and inadvertently clicked on the thumbnail. What a surprise! With the happy Porkster family, it's great and it's GMV. (I think you'd be much higher in the ranks...maybe even in the fog...if you had a different thumbnail.)

this is so much more awesome than any of the top 4 - i would buy this in a sec but none of the current foggies grab me... what a shame.

I think you should do a shirt with just Pat, The Butter Dog. I love him!

This design was really cute -- the butter dog was a nice touch! Bummer it didn't fog. I also agree w/what someone else wrote above regarding the icon image. I think numerous great designs I am an un-original person to get more votes b/c the icon image doesn't show enough of the full shirt graphic.

Also, regarding Waffle Houses in the south -- if you do go to one, know that they can be hit-or-miss. Some are pretty gross. They're also starting to spread up north, at least on the east coast. When I first moved to NC in 1999 they didn't have any in my home-state of PA (at least not anywhere near me) but after a couple years, they started migrating north (along with Cracker Barrel). Now my hometown has one (which I never thought I'd see!).
