I really like the dark tone of the sketch, though in any given situation it would be hard to trust they were there to help. I also really like the reflection below. Too bad it won't translate well onto the shirt.

Yeah I worked on it and it just didn't come across well with the limitations. I think it's something I might take further some day and make a full on concept painting of.

I also just realized that my comments sounded really negative, but week after week your designs usually catch my eye first. This one is quite good and got my vote. I just meant that it's too bad some of the aspects I mentioned wouldn't make it onto the shirt which is still otherwise very good. Hopefully that was clear but if not here we are.

No I didn't take it negatively at all. I felt the same way. I much prefer the original sketch, but what can you do?

When #13 says to stick out your tongue and say ahhhh, I am definitely going to stick out my tongue and say ahhhh. Yikes. The look on his/its face reminds me of the dentist I had as a kid (think Lawrence Olivier in Marathon Man).

I loved both versions. The blue on the revision, though, gives the characters more depth and really makes the red stand out. Great job! It'd be my luck to get number 13!
