I had a similar idea but this blows anything I could have put together right out of the water. Well played.

Thanks everyone for your comments! Also, I didn't want it to be too much of a focal point but in the bottom right is a silhouette of Dorothy with a remote control and Toto sitting along side her. Thanks again for checking out my design!

As someone that just saw Wicked last week this is really cool... yet another twist on the WofO... but on my monitor it looks like cranberry... which is fine by me.

Whoa!! What we didn't see in the motion picture; Tin Man finally gets a heart and goes berzerker! Can't say I blame him. After all, I'm assuming it's because Dorothy said she'd miss Scarecrow "most of all" I mean, holy flying monkeys... who didn't find that scene at least moderately uncomfortable for Lion and Tin Man? Maybe instead of asking the Wizard to get back to Kansas she should have requested some tact.

Wow! That is awesome Xzanthis. I just voted for Tinman Tincan, and dropped another vote for your Tinman rendition. I hadn't realized the remote control detail until I read the thread, but I love that angle and the subtlety of that part of the design. Great use of your colors too. Excellent work. Best of luck.

Masterpiece!

Dorothy with remote control is simply sinister!

Wicked cool shirt! I'd buy this one in a heartbeat, but is it really on red or cranberry? I'd hope for cranberry but I love this design so much...I'd almost take it on anything. Good luck.

Huh... very good question. I would say that this is cranberry, but Xzanthis wrote "red" on the comp.

Just checked in photoshop - the colour used is definitely cranberry. Xzanthis?

Re: Tin: The Tin Man Cometh...

Great stuff, as always xzanthis. One suggestion, when i look closely at my monitor, it appears that there is quite a bit of detail on that there tin-manzilla. You might have been better served by using a slightly lighter hilight color over that reddish, this making the details easier to see. The way it is now they're not clear and muddied.

I didn't notice the remote control until you mentioned it. That should have been the focal point of the design, the idea seems immanently awesome to me.

Is that a remote control in her hand?

Thanks, yeah I really like this concept but there are a lot of things I'd like to go back and change. I think I'm going to almost totally redraw it and throw it up on threadless or something later. Thanks and I'm glad you like it!
