It's a good thing there are only three winners, I could go broke.

Really nice style. I love the sketchiness. You did a really good job.

So much of your work I absolutely adore. This is another one of those.

I think, however, that I would have preferred this on a cream shirt. But I'm partial to cream. Especially since I had none for my coffee this morning. So maybe this is just the bitter me talking.

Either way, I really like the sketching of this one. Kudos.

I really love the style of this one- great job! I too, would be partial to the cream shirt, but white is ok.

Beautifully done! I wish "real" text were allowed, because I'd love to see your phrase actually ON the shirt itself.

Oh, and I also agree, the cream would look nicer. And if you did not think that the cream would look nicer yourself, why did the larger image on the shirt comp have a cream-like color.

But.. I'd buy it either way!

Ha ha, true, true- I don't know why I chose white actually- though there seem to be plenty of people who hate cream too! I wanted to put the text on too, but I knew I wouldn't get away with it

You knocked it out of the park! It has to move up in the rankings. I believe it. My wallet is sitting on my desk, right next to my keyboard.

THIS needed to be in the fog. Luv it.
If only your design detail thumbnail could include that spaceship in it, I think more people would vote for it!

I'm buying this for my mom if it wins. She loves space invaders.

I completely agree. I'm starting to think the thumbnail system is broken, as only the simplest of concepts can be grasped by the thumbnail and most people probably don't check the actual designs beyond the fog. It'd be nice if there was a "big thumbnail" option.

This is a great design, I'm not wild about the white tshirt but I would still buy it in a second. That ufo is great - any chance you can get it in the thumbnail?

Never underestimate the power of the thumbnail!

Sadly I don't think I can change it mid-derby (not that I'd stand much more chance if I did!) but thanks for the support, it means a lot!

Love this one, and I think white was a good choice, not a cream fan like the rest. Great job.

Sure man, but never underestimate the power of the joke tshirt ;) If people knew this was a joke (and a clever one at that) you would be sure to get more votes I just know it!

I thought this looked familiar I was just looking up Gorey and realized I had seen his work at the beginning of Mystery! Now that I know he's the guy who wrote those macabre children's books I have even more respect for this shirt because it works on two levels - there's the immediate joke that everyone gets and then the more subtle reference to Gorey's work - it's amazing because the shirt manages to keep his sly sense of humor and Elizebethian trappings (the vitage UFO is a nice touch) while vaulting the situation into the middle of late 20th century pop culture.

I'm jealous of your talent, butI also have to say it must be frustrating to hit the concept and execution out of the park but then score a confusingly low amount of votes. This is a tough derby to be sure (many great designs) but yours should be way up there at the top - no doubt.
