Look, all the happy, little, flightless birds want is to able to waddle around in peace. Maybe a couple of fish, too, but is it really too much to ask that you just let the penguins go about their business without bringing in your warships?
They're asking you politely, and if need be, they will ask once more. But do not make them break out their secret weapon. Then no one will be happy.
And you want the penguins to be happy.
