I had this idea and sketched it out- but yours turned out much better. It really looks like you deigned this shirt with the colors already picked out- the design just looks so tight. Great job.

Actually Loop got some advice on colors and followed through and did a hella job with it.

I'm the kind of Doctor Who fan that would be picky if this was not well done. In fact I am still picky but that means I pick this one for a vote. Its cute while being quite adult worthy. Even non-geeks could find this shirt appealing.

loop this turned out great, I didn't expect the colors this way from the B&W sketch you had done, but it works very well.

Really cool shirt. My only issue with it though is the two big spots of ink - the moon and the sky - that really don't have anything in them to keep them from being boring. I assume you didn't want too much background stuff to get in the way of the main focus but maybe a few stars or silhouetted birds would relieve the overwhelming real estate that the sky and moon envelop.

Great illustration and great concept. The framing and colors are wonderful.

I love these kind of shirts. The ones where when you are out and about wearing it, some people will get it and you will get comments from them. In a way, like the Turtles "origins" shirt. I really look forward to wearing this shirt and seeing how many people get it.

@xjacekx - It's supposed to be a black shirt. I feel bad because I see that on some computers, it looks like asphalt. Stupid monitor inconsistency. Sorry about that.

@cainja1 - Yeah, I had issues with that too. I tried lots of things: stars, more branches, etc but everything I did made it look too busy. Hopefully this will work for the most part.

Awesome, really beautiful, reminds me of a picture book story about an owl from my youth, can't remember the title but this does somehow invoke strong memories; GMV for sure!

I love the concept.. like the birds holding the xray up to the moon. I just don't know how it would look on a shirt with the colors. Nice work though!

I love it, it's so cute! The colors are amazing. Owls for some reason always remind me of my son...not sure why...but if he were an animal that's what he would be. So I guess I'm a sucker for a cute owl that way. Well done!

Great design, Loopy. It didn't occur to me when I saw it earlier, but now I have one critique - I think it would be nice if you used that pale lavendar to dot a few stars into that sky. Other than that minor detail, I think this is wonderful.

It saddens me that this was pushed out of the fog for more cute animals that clearly are not based on Dumbo and some terribly colored Unicorn getting punched by some generic guy with a soon to be broken thumb that uses colors in such a way to make Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder gasp.

I dont know if anyone has mentioned this or not, and it could only be me, but I would have loved to see the mouse that Dr. Who was operating on somewhere in the picture. maybe it would have made it too cluttered or you didnt have enough available colors, but i thought it would have been cool.
