Piet Mondrian (and De Stijl in general) was all about white, black, and the primary colors. While creme might look like a better shirt choice, it wouldn't hold true to the genre from which this shirt is inspired.

He did however have a huge argument with bart van der leck about the use of curves and diagonals (they never spoke again) and would be somewhat horrified by this design.

IMHO There is something about that is to "loud" I'm iffy.. None the Less Great shirt.
