So is this another one of your trees? It looks just like your bouquet of circles in the previous derby--just with some gears added this time. Where's the steam?

Wow this is an amazing design, Xaon. Once again you managed to make something unique and beautiful at the same time. Loving the placement and the colors. Best design so far, definetely GMV!

Ha, you're obviously not getting it or you just have a poor sense of design. This is obviously not a tree nor is it similar to the previous design.

The only similarity I can see is the fact that the gears and orbs in this design have the same shape as the circles in his previous one. Unless you want to consider all vector/grungy designs to be the same.

And assuming that every design has to make use of steam just because of the steampunk theme is a great misconception.

Nice halftones. The gears against the smoothness of the foreground image makes a great contrast.

I like this, though I don't like wearing things in the top corner of my shirt sadly. So many heart shirts lately...

The center almost looks like a panic button, which is somewhat hystarical to me.

I don't think I would wear this particular design, but great use of colors... love that bright pinky color which pops out.
Though I'm not sure what the shirt color is... looks like a cross between asphalt and brown? Or something.

I'm not feeling the steam punk on this design but I sort of like it in general. I think there could be more added to it.

The only reason i placed it there because my previous derby submission received a lot of criticism for being in the center.

But now that you mentioned it i realize how the design may look a bit awkward with that orb there in the center like that :\

The splashes were meant to be red but i was afraid they might have been more pink.. i think my monitor may need some calibrating
And the shirt color is Asphalt, sorry i didn't specify it right away

I really think i may need to resub this
So far i'm looking at 1) changing the placement of the design, 2) recoloring some of it, 3) maybe adding more steam-punkiness to it?

Do you guys think i should take that orb out or make it look different somehow? And also any other suggestions that you have for me will be GREATLY appreciated

I don't know, I don't think I'd like it so much on a black shirt in comparison...

I agree. I like it ... no, LOVE IT .... as it is. I wish this was one of the top three. I would buy it .. and wear it .. often!
