Thanks guys for all the votes and comments so early on.

I went through a handful of ideas before I finally decided on this one. When I saw the new Derby theme, I immediately thought of DDR because that game is the only exercise routine I can commit to, and I owe my health to it, lol. But I didn't really want to do something artistically with it. Then I thought of Swing dance which I would absolutely LOVE to learn how to do. I thought I could maybe do something with a forties feel to it, but then I just couldn't seem to come up with anything wearable. Then I thought about Rain Dances, and it just so happened to have rained yesterday as I was going home from work. Then the drops on the windshield of the car inspired me to do this. I'm glad you guys like it.

I didn't mention it in the other thread, but this is really gorgeous. Amazing work.

It's my favorite of yours so far, I think. I'm finding that it's having the same effect on me as Cho's penguin shirt did, I've come back to look at it like 3 times already. This has got to be a surefire print if I've ever seen one...

I thought "eh, could be interesting" when I saw the thumbnail, but when I clicked it I was AMAZED! I agree with other comments that this would be my favorite shirt to own if it wins! I LOVE IT! I also agree, the green just makes it magical.

I've already even told him on TeeFury actually. I find that fake gradient he added in for the color to be really ugly. And I dunno its just an awkward position in general.

I'm a ballroom dancer, and I LOVE this shirt. I NEED it to win so I can buy it. I KNOW that if I show it to people at the studio I go to, they'll LOVE it. The dancers remind me of all the fun and fluid beauty that is involved in ballroom. Kudos.

This is not something I'd wear, but the artwork is impressive. This is a very creative design! I think this is an excellent concept and it does fit the theme of the derby although I think I'd like it better if the raindrop dancers didn't look like ballroom dancers. I'd totally dig this shirt if the image/person depicted was simply a dude or multiple dudes rising from the rain drops splashing on the ground (wouldn't fit the theme of the derby then but would be really cool imo).

I am so in love with this shirt design! There are plenty of designs I appreciate for their beauty or humor, but few that I am willing to actually spend money on. I'm not a big fan of the asphalt color for shirts, but it doesn't matter - my ten dollars and me will be ready and waiting for this one on Friday morning .

Wow, Loop. Rain drops only inspire me to curse getting wet outside or to hide under the covers at home. Not sure it would be different if I could draw.

Whatever happens in the derby, this is quite an accomplishment.
