What is BBQ? Where I'm from, its not throwing some dogs on the grill, or some shrimp on the barbie. Its a style, and that style is defined by the sauce that is used. Ask anyone and most people will tell you one of two things, either a tangy vinegar-based, or a sweet ketchup-based sauce makes the best BBQ. Its a battle that has raged for years; a question that has devided families and definied entire regions accross the country. Personally, I'm a vinegar kind of guy, pulled pork style with cole slaw and texas pete. What kind of sauce are you?

This is a great concept. I recently just watched a show on food network about this very topic. ha ha. You've got a great illustration there but I think this would be best without the distressed texture.
