Thanks for adding a few interesting facts in there. I was not aware. I was however aware that this design rocks just as much as the song of the same name does. My cursor just can't help floating on over to the vote button.

Pfft! "Get"? "Get"?! Back in my day we didn't have any of these fancy pants anthropomorphized food or animals wearing shutter shades, none of our shirts had punchlines and that's the way we liked it! In fact, you were lucky if your shirt wasn't covered in fleas or made out of vinyl! I remember I had a vinyl shirt once, it would play Miles Davis whenever you scratched your back. Now there was a true gentlemen! Kids these days, don't have any role models, they wouldn't know a Hanah Hoch from a Chinatsu Ban. Bloody intentionalists, the lot of yas! My father raised me to be a post-modernist, just like his father before him, and his father before him, and his... well, actually, great-great-grandpa Joe was a formalist. But I don't think the two are very mutually exclusive at all, no matter what that Mr. Duchamp has to say about it!

I guess there's a subtext about family, social networking, 6 degrees of separation, etc etc, but that's only if you really want to go 'art critic' on it. I don't really intend for anyone to read into the subtext, much less "require" it for understanding the shirt.
Basically it's just meant to be a stylish, whimsical, fun-looking shirt design.
Jasneko: No I do not, I just enjoy drawing bowties. I keep a list of every bowtie I draw, actually. I don't intend to draw that many, it just... happens.

Yeah, it'd be nice to have this have a sudden surge in votes, but I guess you could say this design was... Dead Before the Ship Even Sank? Is the lack of votes Good News for People Who Like Bad News? Hmm? Okay fine, I apologize for the awful Modest Mouse puns.
I'll definitely be shopping this around once all is said and done, it's certainly one of my most well received designs. I'll keep you in the loop. In the meantime keep your fingers crossed for an Editor's Choice print, I know I will be.
