Still lovin' this design.

Re: Salt and Pepper (resub)
Definitely one of my all-time favorite designs. I liked even better in the original sub, with only salt and pepper, no brown (toast crumbs?)
Re: Salt and Pepper (resub)
I like this one, but I liked the original better. It made the point excellently, with the shakers made out of lines. This kinda messes up the meta-pointillism by having the shakers done in that style as well. =\
Re: Salt and Pepper (resub)
Still very clever. GMV.
Re: Salt and Pepper (resub)
This is one of the best shirts EVER!!!! Vote, people, vote!!!!
Re: Salt and Pepper (resub)
I agree that the original is better... is that up for sale anywhere? I would absolutely buy it.

you're only hurting yourself if you take a solid idea and don't try shopping it around before selling it yourself. Unless you're starting a full personal storefront with real, quality screenprinting.

I can't compete on this site, and I"ve tried some other designs on threadless that haven't worked. I think I'm a fairly competent designer, and I've come to realize that good design doesn't sell a shirt. Woot demonstrates this wonderfully every week.
I have a businessman friend who I will be working with, we are going to build a full storefront, and we are currently looking for a print shop to work with.
With any luck, I can get a customer following.

If you haven't checked them out yet, do so. Lots of hideous zombiegore nonsense, but lots of talented designers and artists who know their way around starting up a storefront. Could prove valuable.

Thanks! I look forward to it.

Awesome
You do great work, from what I've seen so far. Good luck!

if you vanish, keep us updated. its sad i've seen quite a few artists who i really like never get close to the fog and eventually they just disappear from trying. i try to help you guys out, but i'm just one vote
it'd be nice if you could follow an artist. i know who drew some shirts without looking, but other artists i have to look for cause their design changes weekly
Re: Salt and Pepper (resub)
Great design, again... wish woot had HMed the original, which makes more sense as a design and I definitely preferred... but this one is good too!
Re: Salt and Pepper (resub)
Another idea is Cameesa. Don't know how you would feel about a site like that though.
If you do start a site, please put the original version up with the solid salt and pepper shakers!!!
