Rejected because: It's funny, and frankly I'd like to keep it, but we just can't use the actual name.

I revised and refurbed my design, which had 21 votes then. I thought the live-trace of the head looked bad, and the ladder was kind of ugly, and I couldn't stand it, so I rejected it myself for "Ugh. sort of needs work, Mr. J.O. Sephus. Do better."

Lots of people use photos in this way. they just don't talk about it. In this case, though, I TOOK the photo myself. There isn't anything from the internet on here, and that is a HUGE difference. Woot has never rejected a design in which the person used their own photo.

My shirt only says "Rushmore". If they decide that is close enough, I can't stop them from rejecting it, but I think my design is in line with what they intended.
I think you might be able to get this a Honorable Mention if you resub with out Rushmore
