It looks to me like Earth. I figured the tree was protesting all the smoking going on because of the damage to the planet.

The shirt is quite endearing but I'm not sure I'd buy it (if it was up for purchase who knows but it's a long shot now and an HM win is never guaranteed).
That said the best thing about this design for me is the shirt comp. The asphalt looks absolutely true to life which is getting rare with all of the comp effects and woot's horrible template colors. Kudos to you.
