I was quite pleased with the design, so I decided to work it out with some differnt color edits, based on some of the suggestions I received on the original.

I switched one of the grays out for a second brown color to help bring the kiwis out in their full glory.

If you were on the fence with my original, perhaps this version will do the trick.

I like the original better. The new more saturated colors push the ship too far into the foreground for me. The other one has a better atmospheric perspective.

Excellent redesign. I was never really on the fence and I really like what you've done with it. Unfortunate it does lose a bit of the ethereal feel by saturating the colors which is a negative but I think it's a definite improvement over all.

If either make the fog, it's a purchase for me.

this one is even better i think

one thing though, i think the cloud right under the ship needs some shading lines and outlining, like the old one had. i also liked the blue lines the old one had on the ship; was nice detailing. this ship is a little plainer detailwise, but the color is better on this one

I like the colors in this one better. It does seem to draw your eyes to the ship, but the darker brown helps break up the lighter colors. I can definitely tell what is going on in the scene at a quick glance where as the original, I had to stare at it for a minute.

Hmm, I think I like the original more, personally, but it's an excellent design either way, so I'll vote for this one, too :D

A world of difference, and IMO, definitely an improvement on the original. It's a shame v.1 fell out of the fog, so I'll also keep my vote standing for it, even though I prefer the color modification. Just as long as some incarnation of this design makes it to print.

The original was just short for me, but this one has my vote. The kiwis, in particular, look much more defined: well done.

I really hope one of these wins. I'm a lady, and I'm a fan of your designs. I think this is one guys and girls can wear. Usually I plan to buy your designs for my fiancee.

This is the best shirt that I have seen in months. If it prints I will actually break my boycott of shirt.woot (that I entered into due to how much hate and decent woot allows in the comment sections) and buy it.

I'm not asking woot to censor all dissent. I'm asking woot to remove posts that contain hate and attacking comments. Call it censoring if you want, but this world could do with a little less hatred, of which this site has more than its fair share.

A lot of what people generalize as "hate" are comments rooted in a context that makes them less hateful and more general voicing of displeasure. I think woot does a decent job of deleting baseless attacks, and the ones they leave up have (if you do some research) plenty of reasoning behind them. They are less "hate" than they are an extension of a long, long series of critiques that grew weary over time.

I think a good place to start would be for people to stop generalizing so many posts as "hate", as for the most part they are not rooted in genuine hatred for anyone. Even a lot of the harsh ones need to be taken in their context.

I voted for the original, but I do like this one much better. Great work!
