Pretty sure only one of those symbols is actually a hieroglyph, I've taken a class or two on the subject. So I think the question that leaves us with is whether or not gibberish pretending to be a language is text.

The 4th symbol is the only one that I see is a hieroglyph. It's a vulture, used in place of the letter "A" for sounds like the "a" in "father."
