I believe that poultry also displays a heirarchial (sp) system where by the least senior of rank is the one pecked on hence the term pecking order

I love this one too. I actually think I prefer the other version as a t-shirt, but this one I'd hang on my wall.

Love it even more! I wish your thumbnail had him upside down and maybe a shadow or something around him to make him pop out more. This guy is hilarious!
