Re: Zodiac Master
I loved Viewmasters.
Re: Zodiac Master
15 minutes in and Boots is already in the fog...
As she should be. :P
Re: Zodiac Master
Your inner genius is a very deep well indeed, madam. :-)
haha couldn't figure out a "better title"?
I like this design though. The dragon taking up 3 panels is pretty fun. Its a real nostalgic design for me though. My old viewfinder had never even crossed my mind for at least 15 years until I saw this, so yay.
Re: Zodiac Master
I have a small collection of Viewmasters and Viewmaster slides. I want this! GMV
Re: Zodiac Master
it's and awesome idea and very well execution!
You do it again!
Re: Zodiac Master
I love how the dragon gets three little screens - really terrific idea.
Re: Zodiac Master
Thanks, everyone!
Re: Zodiac Master

I make no claims as to whether or not the shirt can be viewed in an actual viewmaster. ![]()
Took me a second... then a minute... then my childhood came flooding back. That was weird.

Actually it doesn't make sense at all if you compare it even a little bit to an actual viewmaster slide.
Each image should be a slightly modified version of the image directly across from it on the slide. That's what gives it the 3-D look.
Sorry, but this shirt makes no sense.
Here's a good example of an actual slide.

I'm really glad that you pointed out that this shirt could not be used in my son's viewmaster. I was planning on purchasing it, cutting it up, mounting it on some cardboard, and checking it out in the viewmaster for some awesome 3D effects.
Now that I know I can't do that, I guess I'll have to figure out something else to do with it.
Like wear it as a shirt.
Good job, Boots. GMV.

I know it's not the way a view master works. It's supposed to be a cross between the zodiac wheel and a view master disk. If it looked more like the actual disk, it wouldn't make any sense as the zodiac wheel. I was trying for a balance! ![]()
Re: Zodiac Master
I like the art, but could not see wearing it.
Re: Zodiac Master
Wow Boots! You are brilliant!! I don't think there are very many shirts that make sense but they sure make great art . . this is one of 'em!!! great job on this!
Re: Zodiac Master
Down memory lane, I had it & now all the kiddies at home also have it - totally luv the idea. This is what makes you my favorite bootsboots.
Anne Geddes' Zodiacs
Re: Zodiac Master
Very clever, and also adorable. I had one of these as a kid and I loved it :D. You always do the most clever designs, Boots! Wishing you luck to make it to the fog again!
Re: Zodiac Master
I remember this! The execution of the dragon is outstanding.

I have never bought anything from Camteesa. How do the sizes run? Is it the same as woot's for a woman's medium?

They're using American Apparel tees just like woot does (the switched to another kind for awhile, but I'm pretty sure they're AA again now). The print's always good (or in some cases where there have been mistakes, they're reprinted and sent the reprint to everyone who bought one for free).
