I nuked the Woot logo, since that seems to be a no-no. I also put the comp on a real photograph, since it better demonstrates how the gray gets knocked out.
This is three color--black, white and yellow.

I think your yellow is actually orange (which is okay). I would have preferred if you'd actually drawn your own interpretation of a T-shirt instead of just pasting in smaller and smaller copies of the template.

Mildly amusing at best. There's no way I'd want this as a shirt, so not voting for it.
Also, can't see that a lot of effort went into it, either, which is a turn off.

Really Woot? That's the reason you're giving? "Shirt" clearly starts with the letter 's' when in English.
I could understand "No original artwork" or "copywrited image" or something, but "off topic" is simply untrue.
Not arguing the rejection, just the reason given.
