[Mod: Sized your pic for you]

Very nice!

I'm not sure how woot is going to treat this. The clouds look like a photo, and the rejectionator can pretty strict about no photos, but they didn't ax the earth eating rocket pops last week and that was probably a photo with add-ons.

Best of Luck!

Beautiful, but looks like a photograph...any detail shots so we can see if it's gonna get the big red stamp or not?

If it doesn't make it here it definitely has a shot at threadless.

This is definitely not a photograph. It's all halftones.

If those are halftones, the artist is hands-down brilliant. That said - and meaning no disrespect to anyone - they clearly look like a photo to me.

Very clever stuff, I can't begin to fathom how to use halftones like this. :^)

It's extremely easy to make halftones like that if you know how. And given that ilovedoodle has printed at woot before and at Threadless many times (over two dozen), I think it's pretty safe to say he probably knows how.

They don't look like halftones because of how graphics programs treat pixels when they're resized. It's why woot's mockup of today's print (the 8-ball) looks different from tgentry's original derby entry.

Then = WOW. I am no artist, so my eye says photo. Thanks for clearing that up.

Regardless on whether or not this was actually made with brushes.. all it looks like is a compilation of photoshop brushes.

I think it will print too muddled. I don't dislike it, but there isn't enough delineation between the clouds and the other images (deer, etc.)

I agree that it looks like a bunch of photoshop brushes. I really love this concept, I wish you could see that hand-made touch a little more.

I was under the impression the no photo rule was in place, so people wouldn't just take photographs and then make them into half tones.

I wasn't talking about whether or not it was a photo, just that it was halftones.

ilovedoodle's been printed here before many times so I'm pretty sure he knows the "no photograph" rule. I just think its amazing how he's able to so easily make a drawing look like real life. Its so realistic that people aren't voting for it haha

I really do like it, but it would have been nicer with a touch less clouds and plants and a bit more animals.
