This is awesome Robbie! I am so impressed with the final design! I wasn't sure about it from the idea thread, but you did a fine job. I love it, voted!

Great design! The snake is pretty well camouflaged...

I have two snakes, if this wins, I'll be buying it... though won't wear it around them, it may give them ideas.

Nice tshirty texture, too.

Spring is time for new growth, for flowers to bloom, and for super smart snakes to get out their arts and crafts supplies, camouflage themselves as flowers, and then hide in the grass waiting for the perfect time to devour lots of fluffy, warm, and delicious flower loving bunnies.

Dumb bunnies.

This illustration is really fantastic! The texture on the snake is brilliantly done.

It's nice to actually see bunnies that actually look like bunnies with decent anatomy for a change. Very well done.

Personally I think the snake ruins the overall design. The snake is drawn well, just doesn't work for me. For one thing, that is a pretty big snake in proportion to the bunnies. I'm talking about the kind you hear about swallowing a small child kinda big. That kind of snake doesn't live in the meadow's with the fluffy critters. It also appears to have two tails, even though one of them is just a lump inside of it.

hmm I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one. From my experience with snakes this one actually looks small to be eating entire rabbits. We would feed burmese pythons (20-25 ft long sized) entire rabbits, but things like rat snakes (commonly found in forests etc.) we would feed, well, rats. Size wise this is more rat snake shaped than burmese python shaped - anacondas are the only ones that are feared of eating small children and they are even bigger! So I guess if you want to complain about size of snake, you should say it needs to be much bigger, but I like the size of this snake for the design, even if not naturally accurate. I think a big snake would be a bit too much snake!

On a second glance I could see someone at most arguing that is a ball python, but these snakes still only eat smaller rodents, nothing full grown bunny sized. (General feeding guidelines are nothing bigger than the widest part of the snake).

Also, awesome design :-) I showed it to my boyfriend and he said "what snake? ohhh..."

Thanks for the herpetological comment. I wish I could say I had done some research into snake size and appearance, but I just kind of winged it.

Glad you folks like it- maybe it can crack the top 20 with a late surge. (They print the top 20, right?)

haha sorry it got so long... I like the way you made the design, I think something more accurate wouldn't look right on a shirt - you'd need that snake going up and around and all over the shirt! Other than size, the snake looks to be a pretty accurate representation and I really love the texture you used. Besides you're an artist, you do get to take some liberties!

I don't always need my shirts to be completely accurate, just full of awesome :-)

Sadly no, only the top 3 shirts get printed. If this prints somewhere else (after your time is up) then please let me know where.

When this prints somewhere else--and it will...this shirt is too awesome not to print--I'm definitely buying one. I'm surprised it hasn't gotten a lot of attention thus far in the derby.
