"Triple Self-Portrait" by Norman Rockwell, 1960

I tried to think up small objects a mouse could find to paint a tribute to his favorite artist (N. Rockwell).. A playing card.. compact mirror... its own tail.. Even the matchbox pays tribute to Rockwell(!)

This is my first entry btw, on any shirt site, so I had to research all that. Hope I did it alright and hope you enjoy this design! <3.

Thanks! I thought of those too but my issue was that I would've have too many colors since I needed the white in my design, lol. Thanks though!

Thanks for all the kind words everyone! I'm not sure this'll print, but I thoroughly, thoroughly appreciate all the votes and all the comments. It makes me want to draw again/keep going :^)

Thank you! It's hard to know what Wooters are looking for, but I figure I'll have some fun next time and try to submit different styles.

I've been out of practice for too long, so all these comments are so refreshing and encouraging <3 I would've worked more on it but I spent my whole weekend trying to teach myself AI and PS that when I finally finished a decent looking design, I had to stop.

... Because I had to study for my finals...
... which are todayish (technically) and thursday....
... and lol I should be studying right now! okay bye ^_^

I tried to comment on this the other day but the site was acting wonky. Rockwell is probably my favorite American artist and while this is in a much different syle this his, I think it still captures the feeling of his work. I love the inky sketch look and the varying line widths. Some one had commented on it looking French and I'd have to agree, almost like a drawing for a fashion line. Great work and fantastic first entry, I look forward to more from you.

BTW if this doesn't get a HM or EC print here, since it's probably not going to fog, resub it to threadless, it'd be a shoe in.
