I don't have a phobia about it, but I am afraid of being lost in fog so my design is inspired by that.

Dendrophobia - fear of trees
Homichlophobia - fear of fog

I didn't see this one at first but I guess this shirt could also be Nyctohylophobia which is fear of the woods in the dark.
