This is a sweet design regardless of the theme this week. I'm not too solid on the shirt color with design coloring. But that's my tastes. Others may like it more. Don't go taking that comment and changing a resubbing. +1

Chumpmagic, this shows your artistry very well, but there is no way I would wear a shirt displaying vomit. I think this would be hard to sell.

First, let me say, wow! This is a very creative design and nicely executed. I really do like it, though I'm not thrilled about the shirt color, it just doesn't seem to mesh well with the colors of the design. Shrugs, maybe it's just me. ;) Great job!

I think the skull is maybe a bit too slick and shiny to really work, but in general this has a lot of promise (I especially like the phantom vomit guys)

You are most likely right about the shininess. I added it to the stomachs (the stomachs with the butterfly wings on each side) because I wanted that gloss guts feel, and since the skull and wings were the same yellow, I felt the need to carry it throughout. Maybe I shouldn't have use a pure white, but rather a lighter (not so drastic) yellow. Something needs to be there though because it looks a tad barren without it.

Na, another complained about the shirt color too. I actually liked the colors so much, that I didn't want a shirt color competing with it. This is why I chose the heather... I almost went with just the white, and I still regret not doing that a tad.

I'd like it on black or charcoal. But +1 nonetheless for a solid design.

This is an amazing design (though I agree heather might not be the best choice)... But, I feel this is off topic. I don't see a fear, but more like a socio-political statement.

That is a lack of understanding which is normal. One of the biggest problem with these weird anxieties and phobias, is there is not too many people one can talk to about the issue since most don't understand it and unwittingly lack comforting. If you suffered from the phobia mention above, or knew someone who suffered from this, it would be on topic.

When I saw the topic this week, I immediately knew that someone was going to do a shirt with this. I actually have the phobia listed in your post so it's hard for me to really look at this shirt. When I do tell people about my phobia, they just say "Get over it" or "It'll pass". Well...that's like telling someone who's afraid of heights to just deal with it or someone who's a junkie to "get over it" (I know I'm stretching a bit on that last one but oh well...). Unless you have a phobia, you really don't understand how much it affects daily life. In my case, I'm constantly looking at people around me to make sure they are okay and if someone does a lot of coughing, I have to get away from them just in case. It also affects me because I would like to have kids someday but dread pregnancy and if one of my children getting sick.

Sorry to hijack the tread with my rant!

Finally, someone who understands what I go through. It is not something you can snap out of. And it's definitely not "just getting sick" when someone else gets sick. It's hard to explain to people. My family understands, and eventually my friends do, too. It's embarrassing, but for the most part, an easy phobia to live with. Incidentally, I never married or had children, not because of the phobia, but it would have been something to consider if I had ever been in that position.

My latest issue with it was in the recovery room after knee surgery. I wanted to be moved to my room, but the nurse said I had to wait till my blood pressure went down. I promised them if they got me out of that room full sick people (coughing, gagging, etc.) that my blood pressure would be fine. They finally listened, and sure enough my blood pressure lowered quickly as I was able to relax.

Ok, handing the thread back to the shirt now. Just wanted to share my 2 cents on why I think it is on topic. I'll buy it if it prints because my family will get a kick out of it.

I didn't realize all posts went into the same thread. So, to repeat with a bit more context: I'd like it on black or charcoal. But +1 nonetheless for a solid design.

Really dig the design, and honestly, the "vomit phantoms" are my favorite part. Don't get discouraged when people say things that are a little graphic or intense are a hard sell. People like Drakxxx's stuff, and he has gotten flak for entering designs with naked women and elements of blood/ gore/ violence. I even recall him being accused of using sexy women to get more votes.

Basically, I'm saying to stay true to your art, and do what's inspiring to you. Not that I think it would effect you, but don't let a few willy nillys make you question the content of your designs.

+1 from me.

I don't know that I agree with those who think the heather is wrong for this. Color-wise, it's fine. I wish Woot'd update some new colors, because silver of another light gray would work well, too. I could also see this on asphalt, but by now I'm sure all are aware of my aversion to more shirts of that color.

Great design on the shirt..+1 :D
Only thing I would change is the shirt color, Would go very nice with a real dark color like a dark brown or black to match the green and gold
