I like that there's a general "journey" theme so I could wear this anytime. LOVE the work! It just lays out beautifully on the shirt.

Thanks very much jerberry, that's what I was going for - an anytime design. So glad you like the way it lays on the shirt, I redid the road many times until this version.

The shell could be a quite a bit shorter - I've never seen such a high turtle shell before - and maybe it could have like a compartment door for luggage - but that'd be harder to draw, and less immediately understandable.

This design knocks ramy's out of the arena - well, if it had been worthy of being there at all anyway - and I do love turtles. I'm glad this one ISN'T cute-ified to death, and dig the journey theme and yellow (brick) road.

@icymallard - It's pretty cute. The eyes are a tad bit menacing to me though, I'd rather them closed or some other way. How about you?

@fairnymph - I've seen some high turtle shells, but this one might be a bit higher than those;)
