I love the color scheme, and how you softened the background. But she seems to have an extra finger on her left hand?
I'm not down with this particular style, so take my comments with the traditional grain - but I'd like her to have a face.

I like how fluid the hair is, and I'm sure you noticed it, too, how natural it feels. What I'd like to see is her *body* to have that same fluidity. I know she's a robot, but look at our bodies, there's not a single straight bone, vein, muscle, or organ I can think of! Art needs movement, and even with mechanical drawings, fluidity is needed so our eyes can flow through a work. Great job!

I like the idea, but it seems to be lacking a fluid feel. There is an anime & manga called "Angelic Layer" that may help you. It's a kid show about fighting toy robots, but even in the manga a lot of the lines are smooth and seem to flow. I hope this helps. The color choice is very good.
