These more open themed derbies are always a little tricky. What do you draw when you can draw anything? I took an idea from what was playing on the radio. It also didn't hurt that I had just watched this incredible video that morning.

Happened to be listening to Mumford & Sons when I saw this! Love that song. Cute video, and I am totally jealous of him. GMV and definitely a buy from me if this prints.

Just a little extra bit of info if you happen to be a fan of the band...
the design of the wallpaper in the background is also made up of lions. They face one another and form a heart. Kind of goes along with the lyrics of the song.

Not a clue who Mumford and Sons are - probably not my genre. But without any reference or history to it, this design still rocks. I can imagine a number of different inspirations that fit. But even without that, it's beautiful, whimsical... The detailing in that background is just wonderful.
