Re: Melting Defenses
Can you do a version with just the dragon?
Re: Melting Defenses
Marshmallow knight! I think this sets the bar for the s'mores designs. ^_^

He already has a few times.
Re: Melting Defenses
Mmmm Toasty
Re: Melting Defenses
Awesome. GMV
Re: Melting Defenses
I think this design would look a lot better if the flame circled/wrapped/ looped around the Marshmallow instead of going under the marshmallow and folding back on itself.

Please, no. No no no. This is one of his better designs, precisely because of the marshmallow and its chocolate shield. The dragon is par for the course RamyB schtick. The marshmallow guy adds a lot of charm.

If you look closely, it actually does. I had originally planned to make it more obvious, but the white color of the marshmallow makes it very strange to position the fire in front of it because it gives a contruction paper feel to it instead of the bright glowing look that I think fire should have, so I just put a hint of it on each side (on the marshmallow's body and a bit across in front of the chocolate).
Thanks everyone for the kind words on the design ![]()
This is clever! Definitely my favorite marshmallow one (I never would have thought there'd be so many!)

Ah, I gotcha. Yeah light color on light color is hard to sell most of the time. I was interpreting the break in the flame differently.
Re: Melting Defenses
Where's the requisite graham cracker?

I'm not entirely sure, but it appears that there is a thin layer of graham cracker behind the chocolate.
Clever, bunny-and-penguin-less idea. Kudos.
Re: Melting Defenses
Charming!

Yeah but I swear I've seen that dragon many times before.
Re: Melting Defenses
Awesome shirt design. Just joined shirt.woot so sadly I can't vote yet! If/when this shirt wins I'll probably be getting one!
Re: Melting Defenses
Cute and well-done. I still think Chumpmagic's suggestion bears merit. Unless you add some 'hot foot' element, the flame is FAR more effective coming out toward the viewer in a loop, than under the mallow.
Really, really nice, though. If this does print, I have to buy for some camping-crazy relatives.
Re: Melting Defenses
I really like your design, especially the shading! How did you do the halftones? I've been trying to figure out how to shade, but my dots always come out imperfect circles![]()
Re: Melting Defenses
This has to get printed. It would go great with the other s'more shirt (which I have).
Re: Melting Defenses
Of cute designs this one is fun. This should garner tons of votes and print. My only crit is the marshmallow is just a marshmallow fighting this very stylized fire dragon. Maybe have the marshmallow actually dressed as a knight possibly of graham cracker and chocolate. There just seems to be a slight disconnect in this simple mallow and this cool fire dragon. I still dig the design though.

Just a few??
Re: Melting Defenses
is this gunna win?
Re: Melting Defenses
Good lord... another s'mores shirt?
Re: Melting Defenses
Awesome design! Also congrats on being today's woot. I love how the flame of fire is a dragon.
