Love the concept. Love the colors. The overall comp could use a tweak or two. I think (JMHO) the volcano under it all would have worked better. Right now it looks like an afterthought. But yeah, I like the Hokusai style nod. Nice!

Woot, are you now saying that the background behind the shirt placement must match the color of the shirt? Because that hasn't been something you've enforced for a LOOOONG time. Personally, I usually make the background either darker, or lighter, or a gradient on the shirt placement image, and you haven't been rejecting that. You also don't reject the silliness of people putting the threading of the fabric itself on the detail and the placement backgrounds, even though those are certainly almost always an order of magnitude off from reality.

These reasons are petty.

I grant that the shirt color is wrong, though.
